This new and improved version of Ordnance will have you ready to tackle any mission in or out of the gym. We kept the caffeine at an effective dose of 200 mg per serving. NOW, all you stim junkies relax and listen up....caffeine is a vasoconstrictor, you know the opposite of what you want when it comes to exercise. Caffeine can have a diminishing return when you start getting upwards of 300-400 mg.
