DIRECTIONS / HOW TO CYCLE

How to Take Daily: Take 3 capsules of Growth 30 minutes prior to bedtime. Taking this product at any other time of the day can cause drowsiness.
How to Cycle: Take for 8 weeks and then take 4 weeks off before cycling this product again. You will need 2 bottles to run a complete cycle. You do not need to take a PCT product along with Growth. Actually many users take Growth as part of their PCT.
